Hello and welcome! I'm Crystal and I am the creator and inspiration behind this blog. I'm a millennial wife and mama living in Dallas, Texas. I am a Native Texan - born and raised right in Dallas. I've traveled the world but the Lone Star State is home. My husband Mike and I met on Match in 2014 and married a few years later. We have a daughter named Arya who is the center of our world.

 

After spending several years in Public Relations and communications, I transitioned my career into Human Resources. Today, besides managing my own staffing firm, I travel speaking, work as a co-host on Not Your Token Black Girl podcast and manage The Crystal Oh brand.

 

It is my hope that as I share my life experiences, mom hacks and career tips, that you will be inspired to push further than you ever thought possible - at home, in your career, and beyond.
